This Head Chef Stellenbosch Role requires a confident leader who can balance creativity with strong financial and operational management, ensuring profitability while maintaining exceptional quality. Proven experience as a Head Chef in a fine dining or upmarket restaurant Strong leadership and team management skills within high-pressure kitchens Ability to design and execute seasonal, innovative menus Excellent knowledge of food costing, stock control, and profit margins Exceptional attention to detail in plating and presentation Experience training and mentoring kitchen staff Strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards Ability to manage kitchen budgets and control expenses effectively Excellent communication skills and teamwork with front-of-house Must be based in or willing to relocate to Stellenbosch Salary R18 000 – R20 000 per month (dependent on experience) Start Date ASAP
