Administration Job Purpose:</em></p><ul><li>Manage Ding Talk processes</li><li>Manage company assets allocated to staff</li><li>Manage payment, claims and supplier invoicing</li><li>Manage administration staff</li><li>Fleet Management (servicing, licensing and maintenance)</li><li>Manage general office administration and processes</li><li>Administration and maintenance of cost centre expenses</li><li>Staff supervision and job delegation</li><li>Effective self-management and teamwork</li></ul><p><em>B. We’re Hiring: Head of HR – Mayfair Group Mayfair Group is looking for a strong, experienced Head of HR to lead and professionalise the HR function across a 300-person, multi-site motor industry business based in Johannesburg. This is a senior leadership role suited to a proven HR professional who can operate in a hands-on, high-performance, blue-collar environment. We are looking for someone with real depth across HR, IR, recruitment, payroll oversight, compliance, Employment Equity, Skills Development, and BBBEE. What you’ll be doing: Leading the full HR function across the group Managing IR, CCMA matters, and labour risk Driving recruitment quality and HR processes Overseeing payroll, compliance, and reporting Building structure, accountability, and strong HR systems Playing a key role in developing an internal training academy Ideal background: Motor industry, automotive aftermarket, fleet, engineering, or similar Experience leading HR for 200 employees Strong hands-on IR and disciplinary experience Proven leadership of an HR team Solid understanding of EE, BBBEE, and Skills Development This role is NOT for you if: Your experience is mainly corporate HR You lack strong IR/CCMA experience You have not led an HR function end-to-end We are looking for a strong operator — someone who can bring structure, control, and leadership to a growing business.
