<p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Graduate in relevant Human Resources Degree or Diploma</li><li>Computer literate MS Office.</li><li>Travel Willingness to travel to other provinces & Overseas</li><li>Minimum 5 years experience as an HR Manager</li><li>5 to 7 years of experience as an HR Generalist with extensive experience in overall HR administration</li><li>Minimum of 3 years experience in employee recruiting, training, or employee career coaching.</li><li>Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry</li><li>Report writing skills</li><li>Knowledge of various software systems , Oracle, PSIber Payroll, Quality Management System, Microsoft package etc.</li><li>Experience in writing job descriptions.</li><li>Knowledge of employment interview techniques and HR law.</li><li>Thorough understanding of all South African labour legislations and the statutory requirements as well as the implementation thereof.</li><li>Understanding of the mandatory requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS)</li><li>Excellent understanding of the organisational objectives and structure</li></ul><p>KPAs:</p><ul><li>Overall Management of the HR and Administration Department, including the personnel and delivery of departmental tasks</li><li>Benefits Management and Administration</li><li>Performance Management for the organisation</li><li>Developing Workplace Skills Plan, implementing a Training Plan, reviewing effectiveness of Training Plan and developing the Annual Training Report</li><li>Payroll Management and Compliance to Legislation</li><li>Work with management to define and implement the Company's South Africas recruiting and staffing strategy.</li><li>Develop a Staff Retention Strategy</li><li>Review, update, classify and reclassify job descriptions for existing and new positions.</li><li>Conduct onboarding interviews of new and transferred employees.</li><li>Conduct exit interviews with resigning or retiring employees, tracking reasons for voluntary terminations to inform future HR recruitment strategies.</li></ul>
