Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new OPL opportunities in healthcare, hospitality, industrial, mining, and manufacturing sectors. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Conduct site visits and needs assessments to understand laundry volumes, workflows, and hygiene requirements. Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial solutions. Negotiate contracts and service agreements within approved parameters. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure solutions are practical and deliverable. Support customer onboarding and maintain ongoing client relationships. Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 / Matric. Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field. 35 years sales experience in industrial services, B2B solutions, laundry, hygiene, hospitality, healthcare, or equipment-based sales. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. Selling service contracts, rental solutions, or capital/equipment-linked services. Industrial laundry, textile rental, hygiene services, or facilities-related sales. Tender submissions, quotations, and contract negotiations. Engagement with hospital, hotel, factory, mine, or institutional clients.
