<p><strong>Job brief (Lead Generation) </strong><br />We are looking for enthusiastic and easy to understand telemarketers to generate sales EOIs <br />or live transfers by cold calling Australian households. You will be responsible for influencing <br />potential customers within the realm of Private Health Insurance, General Insurance, <br />Finance, Superannuation and more.</p><p><br />A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. They must be able to understand <br />the customers requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The <br />ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and <br />complaints.</p><p><br />The ideal candidate will be able to overcome objections, answer questions, know when to <br />close whilst maintaining professionalism and being consistently likeable. <br />The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the companys clientele</p><p><br /><strong>Requirements and skills</strong></p><ul><li> Cold calling people using a given phone directory to sell products promote services.</li><li>Using scripts to provide information about products features, prices etc. and present them <br />benefits</li><li>Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role</li><li>Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.</li><li>Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone</li></ul><p>systems</p><ul><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Proficient in English</li><li>Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.</li><li>Persistent and results-oriented</li><li>Patient and able to handle customer rejection.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Working hours:</strong> 01h00am 10:00am (night shift)</p><p>They will be working Monday Friday</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong> R 40 per productive hour, shift and travel allowance provided and incentives.</p><p><strong>Will be office based</strong>: Newspaper House,122 St Georges Mall, Cape town city center, 7925, 2nd floor</p>
