A well-established business within the industrial sector is seeking a Payroll and Admin Clerk to support their growing finance function. This is a newly created role designed to assist the current manager with increasing operational demands. You will be part of a dynamic and busy team where accuracy, efficiency, and reliability are key. This role offers the opportunity to work in a stable environment while gaining exposure to a high-volume transactional setting. Key Responsibilities: Capture and process weekly wages accurately Process subcontractor payments on a weekly basis Perform high-volume invoice capturing Provide general administrative support within the finance department Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: No formal qualification required, but relevant experience will be considered Experience: 510 years experience in a similar payroll and administrative role Industry experience within the metal or road freight environments is essential Skills: Proficiency in Pastel Payroll, Syspro, and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of transactions Confident, self-driven, and able to work independently
