Job Description – Develop medium- and long-term sales strategies for the assigned country or region to support sustainable business growth – Conduct customer development activities, identify business opportunities, and clearly communicate the value of the companys products and solutions – Develop and execute business development plans for key accounts, including: – Regular customer visits – Organization of product, technical, and business training sessions – Alignment of business plans, execution progress, and long-term objectives – Building and maintaining long-term, win-win partnerships – Act as the primary owner for customer accounts, coordinating internal and external resources to resolve operational issues and ensure high customer satisfaction – Collect, manage, and analyze sales data through CRM or sales tools, conduct regular performance reviews, identify execution gaps, and adjust sales strategies to achieve performance targets Job Requirements – Bachelors degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, Automation, Marketing, or related fields are preferred – At least three years of experience in: – Key account sales within industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing, or logistics industries, or – Integrated project sales or technical roles with commercial exposure – Strong problem-solving skills; honest, pragmatic, responsible, and highly motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork – Excellent communication, presentation, and summarization skills – Korean as a working language; proficiency in English or Chinese is a strong advantage Must-Have Skills – Proven key account sales experience in industrial automation, robotic arms, articulated robots, intelligent manufacturing, or logistics automation – Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification – Language proficiency in Korean plus English or Chinese – South Korean nationality or Chinese Chaoxian ethnic group holding an F4 visa – Strong background in robotic arms or articulated robot industries with hands-on key account sales experience – Familiarity with the South Korean industrial automation market, including key sectors such as: – Automotive manufacturing – Lithium battery production – Logistics and warehousing – Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through contract signing and order fulfillment Nice-to-Have Skills – Sales experience serving major South Korean enterprises such as Samsung, LG, CJ Logistics, or Hyundai Motor, with successful key account cases – Existing key account, channel partner, or system integrator resources in industrial automation, robotics, or logistics automation sectors – Engineering or technical background with the ability to understand core product technologies and communicate effectively with customer engineering teams – Strong sales performance track record, including experience closing projects or products with annual sales exceeding RMB 10 million – Competence in market analysis and sales strategy development, with the ability to design customized expansion plans for the South Korean market – High resilience under pressure and adaptability to frequent customer visits Work Environment – Location: Seoul, South Korea – Work Mode: Hybrid Salary & Benefits – Working hours: 09:0018:00 (lunch break from 12:0013:00) – Comprehensive social security benefits, including five mandatory social insurances and housing fund Hiring Process 1.
