Key Responsibilities: Drive dealer and branch sales performance to achieve regional targets Provide dealer support, business guidance, and operational assistance Monitor dealer compliance, vehicle stock, debtors, and demo/loan unit management Conduct regular dealer visits and implement improvement action plans Support training and development initiatives within the dealer network Collaborate with marketing teams to improve brand awareness and sales growth Assist with customer complaint resolution and key account retention Maintain strong industry and product knowledge within the commercial/truck sector Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree or relevant sales qualification Commercial/truck industry experience essential Strong communication and presentation skills Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Valid drivers licence and own vehicle Confident, proactive, and solutions-driven approach
