Primary Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Digital Prospecti ng LinkedIn, CRM pipeline management and target outreach to growth the Clients base. CRM and SAP Management Keep the pipeline clean, current and useful. Generate reports that drive real decisions. AI Powered SMT Reporting Bi-monthly reports for senior leadership covering weighted forecasts, utilization, pipeline conversion and risk flags. Social Media and Content Creation Own the Clients LinkedIn presence. Write, shoot, script and schedule. Build a brand people notice. Secondary Responsibilities: Pricing Support and Quotations Use internal templates to price standard routes, manage the RFQ register and ensure zero missed deadlines. Marketing Initiatives Campaign support, presentations, proposals and website content. Customer Satisfaction Design and run satisfaction surveys, present insights and support client onboarding. Sales Administration Meeting minutes, action tracking, forecasting support and confidential document handling. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 3 years experience in sales support, marketing or coordinator role. Proven CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar). Strong MS Office proficiency. Demonstrated use of AI tools for reporting or content creation. Active LinkedIn user with B2B social media experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to travel. Valid drivers license. Advantageous: SAP experience. Drone pilot certification or willingness to obtain. Digital marketing certification (Google, HubSpot or Meta). Background in logistics, freight and heavy industry. Skills / Attributes: Data-driven thinker. Compelling storyteller. Digital native. Commercially minded. Self-starter. Industry curious.
