We have a vacancy for a Sales Customer Complaints Co-Ordinator with a vehicle dealership in Pretoria. Duties: Handling all customer complaints for sales and after sales Handling Ombudsman cases for retail Must be present on the floor to walk around and handle and direct customers Must provide salespeople with communications training Must manage the call back sheets to ensure customers get called back Responsible for CSI for all brands within the dealership (CSI for retail) Requirements: Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Customer Service and Customer complaints Experience working in the motor industry, with corporate brands like Kia, Ford, Chery, Suzuki etc Excellent communication and admin skills Experience with automotive CRM systems Please send your CV to:
