About the Role
As a National Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our national sales team, providing administrative support to the leadership team and driving business growth through data-driven insights and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute administrative support to the national sales leadership team daily
- Build sales reports and analytics for executive and board meetings
- Keep HubSpot CRM system accurate and update client information
- Coordinate, track, and follow up on business development leads and client queries
- Schedule national meetings, write down procedures, and track action steps
- Coordinate corporate tenders, prepare proposals, and check for compliance
- Audit sales documentation to catch critical errors before executive or client review
- Maintain internal communication channels to align regional sales offices with head office
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years experience in sales coordination or executive support
- Real experience with drafting and submitting corporate tenders is essential
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Working experience with HubSpot CRM or a similar sales system is a big plus
- Matric certificate
- A relevant business diploma is advantageous
