We are a fast-growing international creator management agency. We manage and market content creators with Instagram Reels as our main growth channel. You will own the creative and analytical engine behind our Instagram Reels output, working closely with the agency owner and our creators. Responsibilities: Develop fresh, scroll-stopping reel ideas and concepts for our creators Write structured reel lists / content briefs (hooks, video type, sound, location) that creators can execute directly Run the Daily Analysis: track view development, evaluate which videos performed and why Take part in the weekly Friday review of our marketing checkpoints Spot trends early (sounds, formats, hooks) and translate them into testable concepts Job Details: Hours: approx. 20-25 hours per week, 100% remote flexible hours(fixed daily check-in time agreed together) R9,000 R12,000 per month depending on experience. roven experience in social media marketing, ideally short-form video (Instagram Reels / TikTok) Strong feel for hooks, trends and virality you understand WHY a reel performs Analytical mindset: comfortable with view counts, growth numbers and Google Sheets Excellent written English: clear, concise briefs and reports Self-organised and reliable you deliver daily without being chased Comfortable working in the creator / adult-adjacent industry (18) Nice to have: experience in creator management, OFM or influencer marketing; experience writing briefs for others; basic video editing (CapCut)
