It provides staffing solutions and service across diverse industries. The Role: Sales Development Representative The purpose of this role is to generate new business by identifying and engaging prospective clients. It contributes to the business by obtaining job specifications from existing clients and acquiring new clients for the recruitment team. The main focus areas are cold calling and high-volume outbound activity. Key Responsibilities Utilize a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development and 1-3 years in the recruitment industry. Make 100 calls per day to existing clients and warm or cold leads. Identify and engage prospective clients across South Africa to build sales pipelines. Achieve new-business revenue targets through proactive hunting. About You Minimum 3 years of experience in business development. 1-3 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Proven track record of hunting, winning, and growing new business. To work remotely for a UK based company. Youll be responsible for engaging recruitment agencies and recruitment leaders, booking qualified meetings, and converting opportunities into revenue through consultative sales and strong follow-up. The role is heavily focused on cold calling, pipeline generation, deal progression, and closing qualified opportunities.
