<p>Our client has an opportunity available for a Senior Manager in Procurement based in Constantia Kloof.</p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Willing to work overtime when required.</li><li>Valid drivers license.</li><li>Willing to travel nationally and internationally and stay overnight.</li><li>Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing or a related field.</li><li>5+ years experience in Procurement of which 3+ years should be at Management or Senior Management level.</li><li>Prior experience using SAP as an ERP system.</li><li>3 to 5+ years Strategic Sourcing, Contract and Tender Management and Supplier relations experience.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p>KPAs:</p><ul><li>Communicate Procurement strategies to stakeholders and formulate plans to facilitate the implementation of the strategy.</li><li>Review and develop high-level procurement strategies.</li><li>Review and implement high-level procurement related policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure that all governance structures are operational.</li><li>Review and implement documentation management and control processes for Purchasing documents.</li><li>Ensure that procurement activities adhere to quality, safety and compliance standards.</li><li>Conduct ongoing performance management on all direct reports.</li></ul><p> </p>
