Requirements: A Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a Business-related field will be advantageous. Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in Software Sales Or CRM Sales Basic or Advanced Computer skills Experience in Presentation And Demonstration Of Software to End-User Proven Track Record in Sales Performance Duties: Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities using structured lead generation strategies Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients Develop and execute cold outreach marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential customers Network actively through industry events, referrals, and digital platforms to expand client base Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to improve conversion rates Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing and contract terms Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Record and update all sales activity, lead status, and client interactions in CRM systems Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support product positioning and client onboarding Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies
