If you have a strong technical background and a passion for providing excellent customer service and sales support, we want to hear from you!</p><p><strong data-start="606" data-end="631">Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li data-start="634" data-end="727">Manage the trade counter and assist customers with technical queries and product selections</li><li data-start="730" data-end="862">Provide expert advice and solutions on a range of products including Satellite, Audio Visual, CCTV, WiFi, and Networking solutions</li><li data-start="865" data-end="932">Demonstrate and present Space Television products in the showroom</li><li data-start="935" data-end="998">Maintain accurate sales records and monitor sales performance</li><li data-start="1001" data-end="1062">Achieve branch sales targets and contribute to team success</li><li data-start="1065" data-end="1105">Use SAP and CRM systems (advantageous)</li></ul><p><strong data-start="1116" data-end="1148">Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li data-start="1151" data-end="1227">Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales with a strong technical foundation</li><li data-start="1230" data-end="1252">In-depth knowledge of:<ul data-start="1255" data-end="1445"><li data-start="1255" data-end="1303"><p data-start="1257" data-end="1303">Satellite Television &amp; Audio Visual products</p></li><li data-start="1306" data-end="1370"><p data-start="1308" data-end="1370">Fibre to the Home, IT Networking, CCTV, and Security Systems</p></li><li data-start="1373" data-end="1417"><p data-start="1375" data-end="1417">Security system design and installations</p></li><li data-start="1420" data-end="1445"><p data-start="1422" data-end="1445">Fibre Optic solutions</p></li></ul></li><li data-start="1448" data-end="1510">Ability to explain and demonstrate how related products work</li><li data-start="1513" data-end="1561">Relevant industry qualifications are essential</li></ul><p><strong data-start="1572" data-end="1597">General Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li data-start="1600" data-end="1655">Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail</li><li data-start="1658" data-end="1720">Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li data-start="1723" data-end="1766">Additional languages will be an advantage</li><li data-start="1769" data-end="1802">Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li data-start="1805" data-end="1887">Must be of sober habits, in good general health, and able to work under pressure</li><li data-start="1890" data-end="1943">Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li data-start="1946" data-end="1988">Self-motivated with a proactive attitude</li></ul><p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
