Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Bachelors Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in general insurance, including pricing, reserving, or capital modelling. Qualified or near-qualified Actuary. Experience in project management and people leadership is a plus. Knowledge of SAM, ORSA processes, solvency calculations, valuations, and regulatory frameworks.
