Employer Description A well established law firm located in Rosebank. The firm does mostly corporate/Commercial work and brings in a lot of Commercial/Sectional Title Conveyancing work as well. Job Description Our Client seeks a Junior Transfers Secretary with a minimum of 2 years of Conveyancing Transfers Experience in a law practice. The candidate should have a thorough understanding of all Transfer processes (Ideally commercial & development transfers but can be trained on this if skilled only in normal estate transfers). Working knowledge of Lexis Convey and highly computer literate. Qualifications Formal qualifications an advantage but not essential. Skills MS Office Suite. Working knowledge of Lexis Convey. Experienced at Conveyancing Transfers processes and procedures. Highly Computer literate. Strong Communication skills. Ideally fluent in English and Afrikaans. Good Grammar, Spelling, etc. Efficient administration skills. Benefits Negotiable
