Job Description:
My client in the cleaning industry is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join their team as a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding our client base in the commercial cleaning sector.
Duties include:
– Identify and target potential clients
– Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies
– Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed of industry trends
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
– Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services
– Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients
– Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
– Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
– Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field
– Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the cleaning industry
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
– Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
– Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
