Job Description

About the role This role supports daily legal operations through opening client files, drafting legal documents and correspondence, filing court documents, and assisting with court appearances. Responsibilities Opening of clients files. Drafting legal documents. Drafting letters and sending emails. Filing court documents. Court appearance. Minimum Requirements South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the YES programme before. Matric. Relevant qualification in Legal Studies / Paralegal Studies will be advantageous. Basic computer literacy (MS Word, email, and document management). Good communication and administrative skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Willingness to learn and gain practical legal workplace experience. Ability to work in a professional office and meet deadlines.
