Who are we looking for

A seasoned Commercial Head Beverages to lead strategy and execution across sales operations, trade channels, and market development. The ideal candidate will have deep FMCG experience, a strong grasp of South African trade dynamics, and a proven track record of driving revenue and market share growth.

What will you do

• Lead sales operations including RTM optimisation and field team performance.

• Own commercial delivery: revenue, volume, and share growth.

• Develop strategies across Modern Trade, General Trade, and On-Premise.

• Oversee trade planning, pricing, and in-market execution.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and HR.

What do you need

• Bachelors degree (Business/Marketing); MBA advantageous.

• 1015 years in FMCG/Beverages with commercial leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of SA trade channels and RTM systems.

• Strategic, data-driven, with strong leadership and execution skills.
