About the Role
Our client in the Mining Industry, based in Rustenburg Northwest Province, is urgently looking for experienced Team Leaders to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of miners and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mining equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of miners
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor and report on production targets and performance metrics
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff members
