About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our New and Used Vehicle Sales departments in Gauteng, Northern Suburbs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing new and used vehicle sales within a franchised dealership and be ambitious to progress into a Dealer Principal role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the New and Used Vehicle Sales departments to achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive volume growth and profitability
- Recruit, mentor, and performance-manage a high-performing sales team
- Monitor sales KPIs, market trends, and competitor activity
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and dealership standards
- Work closely with senior leadership to align sales strategy with overall business goals
