About the Role
We are seeking a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the rollout and optimisation of our new global HubSpot environment, bridging integration and continuity with Microsoft Dynamics 365. This hands-on role combines strong technical CRM capability with strategic lifecycle marketing experience, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented individual who drives measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the induction and global rollout of our new HubSpot instance, including configuration, data migration, integrations, user onboarding and governance across markets.
- Act as a bridge between HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring data flows, reporting and customer records remain aligned throughout the transition and beyond.
- Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end customer journeys – from acquisition through onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation across email, automation and other CRM channels.
- Build, test and optimise automated workflows, lifecycle programmes and triggered campaigns that deliver high impact and measurable growth.
- Develop a segmentation and personalisation strategy that makes best use of our data and the capabilities of the new platform.
- Define and own the KPIs for CRM and marketing automation, reporting regularly on performance and using insights to refine future activity.
- Partner with marketing, sales, product and data teams to ensure customer journeys are joined up, aligned to business goals and technically well-supported.
- Establish best practice for CRM operations globally: naming conventions, governance, GDPR and data compliance, deliverability and quality assurance.
- Train and support colleagues across markets on using HubSpot effectively, acting as the go-to expert for the platform.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a CRM, lifecycle, or marketing automation role, with a track record of designing and delivering customer journeys that drive measurable growth.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, ideally including involvement in an implementation, migration, or global rollout.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, with the ability to navigate both platforms and understand how they interact.
- Strong grasp of customer journey design, segmentation, lifecycle marketing and automation best practice.
- Experience building and optimising automated workflows, triggered campaigns and multi-step nurture programmes.
- Comfortable with data, able to define segments, interpret performance and use insights to shape strategy.
