About the Role
The Customer Services Repair Senior role is a key position in our organization, responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficient management of customer service repairs. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team, providing exceptional support to our clients and driving business growth through effective repair coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate Job Cards (Local / Export / Distributors)
- Generate Quotations (Local / Export / Distributors)
- Generate Sales orders (Local / Export / Distributors)
- Generate costing sheets (Local / Export / Distributors)
- Calculate freight costs (Local / Export / Distributors)
- Offer a professional service and update clients on existing orders
- Liaise with suppliers
- Follow-up on Purchase Orders – email, WhatsApp, Teams, Skype, and phone call
- Report back to customers, daily, on Quotation and order status
- Maintain and update One Drive sheets and folders
- Analyse Summary of SAP History and feedback to Manager
- Retention of customers
- Forecast & Planning
- Open Job card reports
- Minimum Requirements Grade 12
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer service or repair coordination.
Dyna Supervisory Certificate
Business Admin Diploma / Certificate
DGR Cat 6 Certificate
Requirements
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
Qualifications
- Grade 12 certificate
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service or repair coordination
