Job Summary
Purpose of the Job Data Capture is responsible for accurately entering, Verifying and maintaining data in electronic database or system. Key Performance Areas 1. Tyre Management Program Administration and or management of all movements on customer tyre management program Accuracy input of information within the Tyre Management program. Quality reporting to the customer from the Tyre Management program monthly. 2. Site Specific SLA Upholding the SLA / SOP in place with the client WRT to accurate data information. 3. Data Entry Accurately inputting data from various sources into computer systems or database. This is not limited to Fleet Surveyed, Scrap tyre analysis, and tyre movements. 4. Data Verification Checking the accuracy and completeness of the data entered to ensure data integrity 5. Data Maintenance Regularly updating and maintaining existing records to keep them current and accurate. 6. Quality Control Identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies in data entries. 7. Quality Assurance Ensure that all work meets quality standards. 8. Record Keeping Organizing and filing electronic or paper records for easy retrieval. 9. Efficiency Working efficiently to meet deadlines and targets for data input 10. Fleet faults Identifying and actioning tyre / wheel related concerns within the fleet.
