Project Manager Bridge Projects Job Summary – Responsible for the overall planning, execution, control, and completion of bridge projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and coordinate all phases of bridge construction projects. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Lead site teams including engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and HSE standards. Monitor progress, productivity, costs, and cash flow; implement corrective actions where required. Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including performance and payments. Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and internal management. Approve method statements, work programs, and material submissions. Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures. Prepare and submit progress reports and project documentation. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. 8 years experience in bridge or major infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of bridge construction methods, temporary works, and QA/QC procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills. Proficient in project management and scheduling tools. Salary: 6000 – 7000USD pm plus 500USD pm for daily expenses, accomodation, car and driver, life insurance and medical aid. 2 flights per annum home for 2 weeks break at a time.
