About the Role
To provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department, assisting in daily HR functions, staff file maintenance, recruitment coordination, and compliance with company policies, particularly relating to security personnel management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job ads for security guards and administrative roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Assist in conducting reference and background checks (e.g., criminal records, PSIRA verification).
- Prepare onboarding packs including employment contracts and induction materials.
- Support with orientation sessions for new recruits.
Requirements
- South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
- Matric.
- HR Qualification.
