Job Summary

We are on the hunt for an Agile Project Manager to look after our small development team and support our Agile way of work in general.

Description

To manage and deliver medium to large projects from commencement to completion within the scope, budget and time agreed in line with the business strategy. The Agile Project Manager will play an active role in providing mentorship and coaching on agile best practices to teams. The Project Manager will also ensure the team is working on the right tasks at the right time, working closely with the product manager to translate epics, stories, and other items on the sprint list into actionable tasks for the delivery team.

SAFe certification and experience essential

Project Management certification and experience essential

AGILE Project Management experience essential

Scrum Master certification and experience essential

Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Project skills essential

Requirements:

7 – 10 years of work experience
5 – 8 years of work experience in a project environment
5 years of work experience in a Project Manager role

• Lead and manage multiple ICT implementation projects and services projects simultaneously.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor`s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT project management, preferably in the telecommunications, data center, or networking industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple ICT implementation projects and services projects.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
