About the Role
This role is ideal for a hunter-type sales professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships while actively developing new business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, expanding an existing client base, and driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic relationship management. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and report directly to the National Sales Manager, playing a critical role in growing the company’s footprint across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing key account portfolio
- Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities
- Conduct cold calling, networking, and face-to-face client engagements
- Build and maintain long-term, sustainable client relationships
- Qualify leads and convert opportunities into profitable accounts
- Engage with senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Deliver consistent sales performance aligned with revenue targets
- Represent the business professionally in the market
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 34 years in sales or account management
- Experience within the rental, services, or B2B sales environment (advantageous)
- Strong computer literacy: MS Excel (beginner to intermediate) MS Office proficiency
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel

Salary & Benefits
Basic salary with sliding-scale commission. Higher commission on new business. Ongoing commission on retained clients. Fuel allowance. Company cellphone.
