Job Description

This is not a traditional sales role! This position is at the sharp end of premium retail. Were looking for a commercially astute Key Accounts Manager with proven experience managing cosmetics or non-food FMCG brands across top-tier national retailers. Youll own major retail relationships end-to-end, using data, insight, and influence to drive sell-in, accelerate sell-out, and protect premium brand equity. What youll be doing Owning and growing key national retail accounts through strong Joint Business Plans and disciplined execution Negotiating directly with head office buyers and planners to unlock distribution, space, promotions, and growth Using BI and sell-out data to know exactly whats selling, where stock is constrained, and where opportunity sits Driving availability and performance by influencing forecasting, ranging, and replenishment decisions Managing account-level performance with a clear bottom-line focus trade spend, ROI, margin, and stock health Acting as a critical commercial partner internally across marketing, finance, supply chain, and field teams What were looking for 5 years experience as a Key / Account Manager within cosmetics or FMCG (non-food only) Proven experience working with top-tier national retailers (head office level is non-negotiable) A data-driven, analytical mindset comfortable working with BI reports, sell-out data, and performance insights Strong commercial judgment with the finesse to manage senior retail stakeholders in a premium environment Confident negotiator who can balance commercial pressure with brand integrity A young, commercially savvy shaker-and-mover ready to play a central role in delivering group numbers Why this role Youll sit at the heart of the commercial engine owning the numbers, involved in shaping strategy, and driving growth where it matters most.
