About the Role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and overseeing multi-channel marketing initiatives that support broader organisational objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and the ability to work closely with various business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives
- Craft cohesive communication strategies with a focus on above-the-line channels
- Manage full campaign lifecycles from planning and budgeting to execution and performance review
- Conduct market insights work, including building targeted customer segments and personas across B2B, B2C, and C2C markets
- Track, measure, and present campaign effectiveness using relevant analytics tools and KPIs
- Work closely with sales, product, and other business units to ensure alignment and optimise campaign impact
- Support, guide, and develop junior team members to encourage growth and high performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing marketing campaigns across varied audiences or sectors
- Proven ability to plan and execute integrated marketing strategies with an ATL component
- Strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with marketing performance tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
Qualifications
- Exposure to CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and segmentation approaches
- Understanding of digital marketing practices, including SEO, paid search, and social media strategy
