Duties and Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand presence, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them achieve their goals. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies as necessary. Content Creation & Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions and improve future marketing efforts. Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment and drive cross-functional initiatives. Key Requirements: 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and analytics tools. Comfortable working with data and using it to drive decisions and measure success. Proven ability to lead a team, manage projects, and work cross-functionally with other departments. Ability to develop creative marketing campaigns while aligning them with business goals. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Package & Remuneration: Will be agreed based on qualifications, applicable banking experience and previous earnings.
