About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive digital lead generation, brand consistency, and campaign execution across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, performance metrics analysis, and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive digital lead generation, database nurturing, and sales support materials
- Collaborate with partnerships to create and execute campaigns across partner channels
- Support client retention and lifecycle engagement initiatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Translate complex products into clear, audience-focused messaging
- Manage content creation, collateral, and digital assets
- Oversee website and digital presence in coordination with external partners
- Manage lead marketing agency operations and smaller specialist suppliers
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns with clear objectives and measurable outcomes
- Oversee marketing technology and tools to track performance
- Set and manage the marketing budget and related administration
- Report on campaign performance, KPIs, and budget outcomes to senior leadership
Requirements
- 6 years in marketing, including 5 years in digital marketing
- 3 years in a mid-to-senior management role
- Proven experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, GA4, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM-led nurture programs
- Familiarity with marketing tech stacks, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect marketing to business growth
- Data-driven with ability to analyze metrics and make evidence-based decisions
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Qualifications
Degree required; postgraduate qualification preferred.
