Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, dashboards, and reports.
• Translate business requirements into effective BI and reporting solutions.
• Develop and optimise ETL processes to support data integration and reporting.
• Work with large datasets to ensure data accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Support data modelling, data quality, and data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Perform testing, optimisation, and enhancements of BI platforms.
• Provide ongoing support and improvements to existing BI solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred).

Experience & Skills Required:

• 5+ years’ experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
• Solid experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL, and data modelling.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex reporting requirements.
• Exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
