As part of the analytics and reporting team, you’ll play a key role in building data solutions that support multiple departments – from operations to marketing, finance, and innovation. What You’ll Do:

• Data Management:
  • Design and maintain relational databases or SQL data warehouses.
  • Ingest, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data using SQL, Python, or R.
• Analytics:
  • Perform statistical modelling, A/B testing, and cohort analysis to uncover trends and guide business decisions.
• Reporting & Visualisation:
  • Build interactive dashboards in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Automate reports and present insights in a compelling, visual format.
• Collaboration:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to track performance, optimise processes, and deliver actionable insights.
• Governance:
  • Ensure data integrity through validation checks and maintain clear documentation of data sources and methodologies.

What You’ll Bring:

• A Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R, with experience in data warehousing and ETL pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience (or 1+ year with a demonstrable portfolio for early-career applicants).
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
