You will work across the full data science lifecycle — from data exploration and feature engineering to model development, deployment, and optimisation — while leveraging modern technologies such as AWS, SAS Viya, Python, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end data science workflows, including data extraction, cleaning, feature engineering, modelling, and deployment
• Develop and implement advanced machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business problems
• Design and build AI-driven solutions that improve business performance and decision-making
• Translate complex or unstructured business challenges into scalable analytical frameworks
• Work within cloud environments (AWS) and modern analytics platforms such as SAS Viya
• Build data visualisations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions address key strategic objectives
• Present technical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education:
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar
  • Strong foundation in statistical modelling and machine learning theory
• Experience:
  • 4+ years of practical, hands-on data science experience
  • Strong experience building machine learning models in production environments
  • Advanced experience with Python, SAS, and SQL
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex data pipelines
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS
  • Experience using data visualisation tools to present insights
• Skills:
  • Strong technical and analytical problem-solving ability
  • Ability to design, build, and deploy complex data science solutions independently
  • Excellent data storytelling and communication skills
  • Naturally curious with a passion for experimentation and innovation
  • Comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments
