About the Role
As a Payroll Specialist at Network Finance, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process full payroll accurately and on time (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
- Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PAYE, UIF, SDL, and other deductions
- Prepare and submit payroll reports and reconciliations
- Manage payroll queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
- Liaise with HR and Finance departments regarding payroll-related matters
- Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of payroll information
- Assist with audits and year-end payroll processes
Requirements
- Skills in payroll processing and management
- Experience with statutory requirements, including PAYE, UIF, SDL, and other deductions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll information
