About the Role
Network Contracting is seeking a detail-driven Licencing and Invoicing Administrator to join their Finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate billing, licence administration, and high-quality service delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work in a structured yet fast-moving environment, supporting key finance processes, maintaining customer and contract data, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Process non-stock sales invoices and credit notes accurately and within agreed deadlines
- Issue software licence codes in line with internal controls and customer contract terms
- Maintain accurate customer, contract, and licencing records across accounting and CRM systems
- Resolve invoicing and licencing queries within SLA turnaround times through professional stakeholder engagement
- Perform billing reconciliations and support month-end reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – essential
- Financerelated qualification (NQF Level 6 or higher) – advantageous
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an invoicing, billing, or similar finance administration role
- Experience with contract and/or licencing administration will be highly beneficial
