About the Role
As our Sales Coordinator, you are Mama’s deal-maker and connector — the one behind the scenes making sure business flows, relationships grow, and Mama stays full and buzzing. You don’t just support sales — you drive it. You connect clients to Mama, bring opportunities to life, and make sure every detail behind the scenes is seamless, organised, and on point.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enquiries, preparing quotes, and keeping the pipeline moving
- Maximise occupancy and rates by supporting strong sales strategies, upselling, and cross-selling across Mama’s spaces
- Be the go-to contact for corporate, STO, and group clients — building relationships and ensuring seamless communication
- Coordinate and support site inspections — showcasing Mama in the best possible way
- Manage systems, reports, and market data — from daily pick-up reports to sales activity tracking
- Ensure all client communication, proposals, and rate updates are accurate, timely, and on brand
- Work closely with Reservations, Front Office, and Revenue teams to ensure a seamless journey from enquiry to stay
- Assist in analysing market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to keep Mama competitive
- Keep sales systems, files, planners, and admin running like clockwork — no chaos here
- Represent Mama at trade shows, events, and client meetings — bringing the vibe to the market
- Handle all client and business information with the highest level of confidentiality
Requirements
You have at least 3 years’ experience in Sales within a hospitality environment. You understand sales strategies, upselling, and revenue generation. You’re highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
