About the Role
Our Client, a new safari lodge opening in Namibia, is seeking a professional Guest Relations Officer to manage the guest journey and deliver personalised service throughout each stay. The ideal candidate will be warm, attentive, and committed to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage arrivals and departures
- Act as primary guest contact during stays
- Coordinate itineraries and special requests
- Handle feedback and service recovery
- Maintain guest records and preferences
Requirements
- Experience in guest relations or front office hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High professionalism and attention to detail
- Comfortable in a remote environment
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications required.
