About the Role
As a Part Sales Team Leader at Aleon Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales of parts to internal and external customers, while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. You will be responsible for acquiring and retaining customers, as well as performing parts duties according to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Sell parts to repair defects and meet customer needs, ensuring first quotation is correct
* Listen to customer explanations and have a clear understanding of part/component location
* Show interest in personal development and willingness to learn more about products
* Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging all customers
* Personally manage work efficiency
* Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly
* Ensure all parts used are recorded on the job card
* Follow cash and credit processing procedures at the point of sale
* Process orders, warranties, and new return merchandise as required
* Follow up on shortages and expedite by reporting to Parts Manager
* Ensure correct items have been picked first time
* Demonstrate interest in growing parts business
* Assist with Parts Manager in merchandising displays
* Control showroom inventory for maximum sales and customer satisfaction
