About the Role
As a Process Analyst at Crayon Technologies Ltd, you will play a crucial role in aiding the analysis, documentation, optimisation, and monitoring of business processes across the banking sector. Key Responsibilities
- Document As-Is processes using BPMN methodologies
- Design To-Be processes to meet operational and digital transformation goals
- Identify inefficiencies and control gaps in processes
- Perform process walkthroughs with business and operational teams
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Develop process performance dashboards and reports
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal controls
- Support audit and compliance requests by providing necessary documentation
- Maintain process libraries with version control
- Assist in testing process changes and UAT for system modifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 13 years of experience in a process role within a bank or similar regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, ARIS)
- Strong documentation and report writing skills
- Understanding of operational processes in banking
- Understanding of SDLC and the impact of process changes on technology
- Good communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks
