We are currently recruiting a Roll Operator for a 3- 6 month contract position in Elandsfontein that meets the following requirements: Qualification, Experience &
Requirements:
Grade 12 Additional technical training or certification in machining or manufacturing processes (Preferred) Proven experience as a roll operator or similar role in a manufacturing or engineering environment Proficiency in operating rolling machines and equipment, with a strong understanding of rolling processes and techniques Must be attention to detail Able to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently 4Excellent attention to detail and quality standards, with a commitment to producing accurate and consistent results Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed to meet production deadlines Overhead Crane operational proficiency Knowledge of steel grades, and behaviour of steel when forming Must be local or willing to get accommodation for duration of contract
