About the Role
As a Sales Analyst, you will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with the CEO to provide accurate forecasting, tracking sales performance and identifying trends, risks and opportunities across the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse sales performance across customers, projects and products
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards
- Monitor and maintain the sales pipeline and forecast accuracy
- Track conversion rates, sales trends and sales team performance
- Conduct win/loss analysis on quotations and tenders
- Monitor pricing trends, margins and discounting patterns
- Ensure CRM data integrity and accurate sales reporting
- Provide market and competitor analysis to support business strategy
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing or similar)
- 5 years experience in a Sales Analyst / Sales Operations / Commercial Analyst role
- Strong experience analysing sales pipelines, forecasting and reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Experience in a technical or engineering-related industry advantageous
