About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales & NBD Representative for Skin Care in Johannesburg (East & South). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing stockists, and driving sales growth. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the skin care industry, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Travel to Head Office 2x per week (Sandton) as well as out of province to Mpumalanga as operationally required
Meet and maintain existing stockists to ensure product availability and sales growth
Generate new business leads and opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building
Utilize sales apps and computer software to manage sales, track progress, and analyze performance data
Build positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions

Requirements

Ability to travel extensively throughout Johannesburg (East & South) and Mpumalanga
Diploma in Beauty / Skin Care or equivalent
CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds certification
Minimum 2+ years of on-the-road/B2B sales experience within the skin care industry
Professional English command (read, write, and speak)
Sales-driven with a proven track record of success in generating new business and maintaining existing stockists

Salary & Benefits

R21,600 per month (Cost to Company before statutory deductions & commission)
