Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic Salesperson to join our team at Olifants River Lodge. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, contributing to sales initiatives and providing tailored solutions for our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and matching them with our offerings.
- Sales Targets: Support the sales team in meeting monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new opportunities by identifying potential markets and contacting leads.
- Marketing Support: Assist in promoting special offers, packages, and events across various channels.
- Property Tours: Conduct site visits and property tours for potential clients and stakeholders.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: A relevant qualification in sales, marketing, or hospitality (preferred but not essential).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or hospitality role.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
