• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Seal Foreman in the roadworks industry
• Sound knowledge of seal operations and road construction techniques
• Proven leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or its equivalent required; having additional certification in road construction or a related field needed
