We are looking for a dedicated individual who is well-versed in seal operations, has a solid understanding of road construction techniques, and is committed to ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Seal Foreman in the roadworks industry
- Sound knowledge of seal operations and road construction techniques
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or its equivalent required; having additional certification in road construction or a related field needed
