Job Description
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Seal Foreman to join our client’s team in the roadworks industry. As a Seal Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and managing seal operations on various road construction projects. Your expertise in roadworks and strong leadership skills will contribute to the successful completion of projects.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is well-versed in seal operations, has a solid understanding of road construction techniques, and is committed to ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Seal Foreman in the roadworks industry
- Sound knowledge of seal operations and road construction techniques
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or its equivalent required; having additional certification in road construction or a related field needed
