This role focuses on driving revenue, managing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing team. Key Requirements: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions Proven track record in sales, consistently achieving and exceeding targets Excellent managerial and leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating a team Strategic thinker, able to forward-plan and lead initiatives rather than simply execute instructions Exceptional communication skills, confident in engaging with SMEs and corporate clients Ability to operate independently, taking ownership of client accounts and sales processes Develop and manage a portfolio of key client accounts within the IT services sector Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, networking, and referrals Identify client needs and propose suitable IT solutions (e.g. managed services, cloud, infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, etc.) Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets and margins Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation
