Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Digital Account Manager/Key Account Manager at GAS Marketing is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing digital marketing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital response marketing and automation services. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication and queries.
- Project Management:
- Coordinate the execution of digital marketing campaigns and projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, content, and technical) to execute campaigns effectively.
- Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Work with clients to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with their goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive campaign plans.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Prepare regular reports for clients, highlighting campaign performance and ROI.
- Upselling and Cross-selling:
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to existing clients.
- Work with clients to identify additional needs and propose solutions.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Conduct thorough QA checks on digital assets and campaigns before delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or related roles.
- Experience in a digital agency environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, and tools.
- Proficiency in project management software and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
