About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Team New Business Specialist – CCC Level 2 Agent to join our team at Fidelity Services Group in Midrand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, maintaining existing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery across various products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive referral campaigns to achieve 1-hour turnaround time on phoning all referral clients
- Capture and update leads in LSN daily
- Ensure all LSN referral leads have updated status and outcome as well as no appointment reasons
- Achieve a 50% conversion rate of leads to App Rate on referrals
- Support national queries regarding referrals as needed
- Maintain Service Level at 90% for FY25 and gross abandonment rate at 3.0%
- Handle FindU email queue queries efficiently
- Delete Find-U clients from client cancellation report daily
- Work on open leads, including referral, Facebook, Web, business partners, lead referrers, POC, and MOUs to book appointments or update no appointment reasons
- Achieve sales budget KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly
- Capture, handle, and make courtesy calls to Residential Enquiries from agency forms received
- Remove Safe city and Secure fire on clients wanting to opt out
- Make courtesy calls for Secure fire Opting in Fire and project selling
- Become CRM superusers and train/support other staff in the CCC
- Maintain lead-to-appointment ratio at 85% Avg.
- Balance agency daily to achieve a monthly min balance of 99%
- Ensure minimum 2-hour phone back on all web and social media clients
- Achieve Web enquiries appointments conversion rate of 50%
- Assist with adhoc duties as needed
Requirements
- Computer Literate (MS Office, Email, Internet, Quality Assurance)
- PSIRA registered is an advantage
- Able to work under pressure, target-driven, self-motivated, and innovative
- Accurate updating of reports
- Understanding of FindU, Safe City, Secure Guard, Secure Fire, Secure Home, Secure Connect, and RiskWatch products and services
