About the Role
A high-impact opportunity is available for a Specialist in POS hardware and software to lead operational excellence within a fast-paced Payments Division Repairs Centre. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving service quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full repair process to ensure quality and efficiency
- Develop and implement systems and policies to enhance operations
- Monitor trends and recurring issues to improve turnaround times
- Maintain strong OEM relationships and support in-house software development
- Ensure service levels (SLAs) are met and proactively resolve performance gaps
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and strategic operational planning
- Analyse data and generate reports to guide decision-making
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and process alignment
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain stakeholder relationships
