Key Responsibilities
• Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements across complex environments
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to define and validate needs
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria
• Develop process flows, data mappings, and interface specifications
• Support backlog refinement and prioritisation within Agile delivery teams
• Ensure requirements are testable and aligned to business outcomes
• Collaborate with QA and Engineering to validate end-to-end solution behaviour
• Contribute to data modelling and integration requirements, particularly in payments environments
• Support delivery within compliance-driven contexts, including data flow clarity
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
• 410+ years experience in Business Analysis, depending on level
• Strong experience in Agile delivery environments (Scrum or Kanban)
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear requirements
• Experience with process modelling, data analysis, and requirements validation
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Advantageous: exposure to payments, fintech, or ISO 20022 standards
• Advantageous: awareness of PCI DSS or compliance-heavy environments
